General Inquiries

How do I find the artwork I want?

We have made the site so that you can search for almost anything. Click on "Buy Artwork" in the top navigation and on the left you can narrow your search by: price, style, color, frame, material, etc. You can then further sort by name and price. You also have the option to view artworks as thumbnails or in a list.

How do I use the "Compare" feature and how does it differ from the "Wish List"?

Our Compare feature is designed so that you can add artworks to view on separate pages or view all artworks on one page: they will be stored on the site for 30 days. Similar to the Wish List, you can save them by setting up an account and come back to them later.

What if I have a question about a specific artwork?

Each artwork page has a "Contact Support" form so that you can send a message with your inquiry.

Ordering

How do I order?

You can order any artwork from the product page, just add the artwork to your cart and complete our simple checkout process.

I have already ordered my artwork, what next?

Once we receive your order we will send you an order confirmation and the artist will arrange delivery. Once delivery is booked we will send you tracking information.

How do I track my order?

If you have set up an account you will be able to log in and check the status of your order, if the order has been 'shipped' you will get tracking information. If you are unsure please contact us.

What does my 'order status' mean?

Pending: We have received the order but have not yet received payment, once payment is received your order will change to Processing status.
Processing: We have received your order and are processing it.
Completed: Your order is complete and all artwork has been dispatched.

You can check out using PayPal secure checkout.

Custom Artwork

I have ordered artwork from this series, what are the next steps?

Once your artwork is complete, we will email you a photo for your approval. We will keep you informed throughout the process.

Will I receive a proof of artwork before delivery?

Yes, we will not send artwork until we have your approval.

What if I am not happy with the result?

The artist will continue to create the work until you are satisfied.

Can I return commissioned artwork?

No, the artwork is non-returnable as it was created to your specific requirements.

Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times can vary, depending on the type of artwork you order, you can find delivery times on the individual artwork pages.

Can I specify a delivery date?

Delivery is Monday to Friday, we cannot guarantee delivery dates, but we can certainly make requests, so please add this in your order notes.

What if I'm not there when they deliver?

The courier will usually try to contact a neighbour, but they will always leave a card for you to reschedule the delivery.

How much is the delivery?

Delivery is free, international delivery is available, prices can be found on the individual artwork pages.

What if the artwork is damaged when I receive it?

If the artwork is damaged, please notify us within 24 hours and send a photo of the damage. We will arrange a refund or replacement within 30 days.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, international shipping is available.

Aftercare

What is the best way to hang my artwork?

This depends on the type of artwork, you can use picture hooks to fix framed artwork and screws to fix canvas framed artwork.

How should I clean my artwork?

It is recommended to use a lint-free cloth to clean the surface of the artwork and not allow any chemicals to come into contact with the surface.

What areas should I avoid when hanging my artwork?

Depending on the material used for the artwork, it is recommended not to hang the artwork in direct sunlight or too close to a heat source. However, if you are unsure, please contact us.
